Applicable to graves, niches and crypts
- Fresh cut and artificial flowers are permitted. Please no more than 2 arrangements per adult grave and/or couch crypt and 1 per cremation grave/niche, child grave or single crypt. Additional arrangements or any decoration deemed old, faded or unsightly will be removed. The cemetery is not responsible for missing arrangements. Please note that deer eat fresh flowers.
- Breakable items are not permitted as they may become airborne if struck by cemetery equipment and cause bodily injury. The staff will remove all; glass, vases, ceramic, pottery, statuary, solar lights, toys, pinwheels, balloons and other breakable items.
- Decorative borders such as (rocks, glass beads, fencing etc…) around a memorial or grave will be removed immediately.
- Mausoleums–It is not permitted to leave any decoration on the floor. Cemetery staff will remove any item affixed to the front of a crypt or niche shutter. The adhesive in these items will cause permanent color change or damage to the marble/granite surface.
- Holiday decorations will be removed 30 days after the holiday. The holidays included are Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day
and Christmas.
- The Catholic Cemeteries are not responsible for any decoration damaged, lost, removed, or missing.
- The cemetery organization reserves the right to do all planting of trees, shrubs, and plants. No other person shall plant or place trees, shrubs, or other embellishments, of any kind, in the cemetery.
- Please bring to our attention any unsatisfactory conditions needing repair.
- Any conduct by persons not benefiting our Catholic Cemeteries should be reported as soon as possible.
